



Noble Foods, a leading supplier of fresh food brands to major retailers and consumers, launched an internal campaign to communicate their Health & Safety strategy and culture. The business needed a clear campaign identity and a suite of supporting materials to engage colleagues across the organisation.
Working within the corporate brand framework, we developed a distinctive campaign identity built around the core message: ‘everyone owns safety’. The campaign was rolled out across posters, banners, pocket cards and digital formats, reaching colleagues at head office and across depot locations. To support engagement, we also created recognition cards to acknowledge individuals who demonstrated proactive safety behaviours or helped foster a positive safety culture among colleagues.
