Noble Foods Behavioural Framework bespoke interactive communication tools

Noble Foods is a leading supplier of fresh food brands to major retailers and consumers. As part of the internal rollout of their corporate values and behavioural framework, we were briefed to create some bespoke interactive communication tools.

The communication tools were designed to be used at a launch conference to encourage discussion, plus rolled out throughout the team at smaller department meetings and one-to-ones. We created a values dice and pack of playing cards, held together with a ring, which were used in team activities to select and discuss each behaviour. This was further supported with a brochure communicating the behaviours for each colleague type. The tools were delivered in time for their conference and will be used for rollout with their teams in the coming months.
