The new ‘Customer Live’ platform is an ‘always on’ feedback platform that captures and analyses customer sentiment. We created the ‘Real Time. Real Change.’ promotional advertising campaign concept to communicate this, using instant message graphics and emojis to illustrate the immediacy of the platform. The advertising campaign launch creative was rolled out via customer advertising, digital solutions, emailer, web page and animation, with follow-up creative to encourage customers to complete the surveys, and explain the changes that have been made based on their feedback.
