Brief

Barsham Brewery, based in North Norfolk, is steeped in farming heritage. In an area renowned for its quality agricultural soil Barsham Brewery produce some of the best malting barley in the world, and from this they craft their own collection of beers. They briefed us to refresh their branding and packaging to reflect their Norfolk heritage and provenance.

Solution

The previous designs were quite plain, so we colour-coded the varieties for ease of recognition on-shelf and on-bar. Each variety carries its own story with a connection to the farm, so a unique illustration was created for each. We also developed the Barsham Brewery branding for a stronger identity, along with the strapline 'Norfolk Born & Brewed'.

Results

The range was launched to their on and off trade customers with an exceptional response. It was also rolled out across pump clips, website and point of sale.
