Branding, literature and point of sale for new branch opening
Ridgeons, the region’s largest independent Timber & Builders Merchants briefed us to create a scratchcard promotion to run exclusively in their new Norman Way branch. Customers could instantly win a prize on the scratchcards and also enter the draw to win a holiday by posting their details into the promotional boxes.
We developed the ‘SCRATCH & WIN’ identity to replicate the scratch off, instant win nature of the competition. The roundel became the main element of the campaign, featuring on the scratch cards, entry boxes and in-branch point of sale.
The branding and promotional material was rolled out and was a huge success, generating lots of activity at the new branch. As an extra incentive for customers to be the first to visit the new store, we also created the GOLDEN ENVELOPE promotion, where the first 50 customers to enter the new store received a prize.
