Westmill Patak’s Retail and Catering Packaging
Packaging design for the ethnic food market across consumer and trade
To redesign the current Patak’s ethnic market offering – bringing the range more in line with the Western brand’s look and feel.
Three new paste labels were created and the core range of 26 labels were restructured to draw symmetry to the western brand’s look. We placed more emphasis upon the fresh and authentic ingredients found in the recipes, commissioning and overseeing the photography of 29 recipe groups.
We also created the new label design layout for the catering range: consistently applying the same background, ingredient photography and recipe ideas, we also created a device with icons to help reassure chefs of the product’s quality.
We also had to include four languages on the label, all to the new FIR minimum type regulations.
Vibrance, impact and ease of navigation have all been achieved as well as adhering to recent food label regulations.
