Promotion to increase sales of soft drink in Greene King pubs
Our client needed a strategy to help re-educate their pubs on how to maintain the quality of their Coca Cola servings. The figures were not adding up – the sales figures on Coca Cola syrup were not corresponding with the stock purchases. We investigated and reported back that some publicans had found ways of selling Coca Cola that was not up to the expected quality.
Our strategy involved re-education in the serving methods and encouraged the pubs to sign up to a promise of 100% Coke quality.
Our work helped lead to consequent improvements in syrup sales and customer satisfaction.
