Ridgeons are one of the largest Timber & Builders Merchants in the East of England. As part of our design and marketing support we’ve created brands for their business areas, such as Landscaping and Hand Tools, designed promotional campaigns for competitions and seasonal offers, plus rebranded their quarterly offers promotion, Done Deals.
They briefed us to rebrand the Landscaping area of their business to raise its profile with their customers.
Website design and digital marketing for premium window manufacturer
Westcoast Windows first came to us in 2015, aware that their website was in desperate need of an update. Since then we have become their bolt-on marketing resource, helping to create annual marketing strategies to achieve the best performance from their marketing budget.
As well as designing and launching their new website, we have carried out several key updates to add more valuable content to the website, create a better user experience and drive Google search traffic. We create monthly website news which is also posted out across their social media channels, plus provide ongoing marketing support, such as literature, display materials and managing photoshoots for their website case studies.
Since the launch of the new website, we have seen a marked increase in website traffic of 463%.

Branding, literature and point of sale for plumbers' merchants
Plumbstock is the East of England’s leading plumbing and heating merchant, with 20 branches throughout the region. They briefed us to re-brand their trade offers, to be rolled out across their quarterly publication, in-store point of sale, website and social media.
Following our brainstorming for name generation, we developed the branding
to appeal to their core target audience.
We also developed the style for the quarterly offers brochure and in-store point of sale, giving Big Brand Deals an eye-catching impactful identity.
Exhibition design and direct mail for sheet metalworking machine manufacturers
LVD sheet metalworking business were looking to increase their impact at EuroBLECH, their biggest bi-annual trade show. It was also a special year for them, celebrating their 60 years in business.
We worked with the client, from initial brainstorming the 60th year theme to concept realisation, then integration of the EuroBLECH campaign all the way through to artwork delivery of exhibition graphics, direct mail, digital communications and support material.
The feedback from our client and their customers was excellent, commenting that this was the best image they’d projected ever, and the number of enquiries received reflected this, beating their recorded enquiries from previous years.
