Brief

Realise Futures offers employment services and training to help people get into employment or back into work. Through their Social Businesses they provide work experience, training, skills development and employment in a supportive setting. They were looking to relaunch these under a new brand.

Solution

Following an initial meeting, research and brainstorm session with the team at Realise Futures, we landed on the name RF WORKS to develop into concepts. The chosen design was thought to be the most engaging and easy to understand for their target audience, using a bold colour palette and icons for ease of recognition.

Results

The branding has been launched to their team, along with marketing materials that included exhibition banners, brochure, postcards and brand guidelines, with further materials due to be rolled out in the coming months.
