'Coca-Cola Enterprises' soft drinks promotion
The figures were not adding up - the tills were saying that this much Coke syrup was being sold, but the stock purchases showed less. We investigated and reported back that some publicans had found ways of selling Coke that was not what it should be. Our re-education strategy involved both carrots and sticks, and had the pubs signing up to a promise of 100% Coke quality, with consequent improvements in syrup sales and customer satisfaction.
